Big dreams, family memories, and a whole lot of ice cream!

We're a mother-and-son team with a shared dream of starting something special together.

As a mom of four, I've always loved seeing the excitement on a child's face when the ice cream truck comes down the street. Now that most of my kids are grown and out of the house, I miss those little smiles and the simple joys of childhood.

​

And I'm Ryan! I'm a sophomore in high school, currently studying culinary arts at my technical school. Ever since I was little, I've dreamed of opening my own restaurant. My plan is to finish my culinary training and then study business in college so I can someday make that dream a reality.

​

Our family has always loved ice cream, and that's how Sweet Street Express was born! 

​

For both of us, this is about so much more than selling ice cream. It's about spending time together, learning from each other, building something as a family, and hopefully bringing a whole lot of smiles to our community along the way.

​

We're excited (and maybe a little nervous!) to start this adventure together. We have a lot to learn, memories to make, and ice cream to share!

​

We hope you'll follow along as we get ready to hit the streets of Erie County in spring 2027!
